Background: Preeclampsia is a significant public health problem in developed and developing countries. It multi-organ system disorder, hence making it demanding to find out severity markers.4 Awareness, recognition knowledge of risk factors preeclampsia will assist predicting lessen the recurrence preeclampsia. In severe cases eclampsia, magnesium sulfate an effective anticonvulsant.Aims objectives were: document clinical parameters patients with or more than 28-week gestation having eclampsia receiving sulphate but not sulphate; compare study obstetric neonatal outcomes between groups.Methods: A case control was performed among who delivered at RLJH hospital during period (July 2020-July 2021), subjects were administered due maternal conditions taken as did receive controls. Obstetrical compared both groups. Data entered Microsoft excel sheet. Unpaired t test performed. P value less 0.0001 considered significant.Results: Magnesium have effects on obstetrical outcome.Conclusions: The association administration studied concludes that for mother didn’t outcome.
